Functioning
The thresher is 40 times faster than manual beating when harvesting rice / sorghum. The thresher barely produces any dust and has near zero machine loss. It does not split seeds, winnows out chaff and requires only two people to feed and operate it efficiently.
A Thresher is a farm machine for separating rice / sorghum from their chaff. Advantages of the thresher include less physical labour and more efficiency (amount of grain thresher per amount of time). Less seed breakage is also a benefit of using a thresher instead of stomping or beating grains.
